The best product I've seen and used with my advanced students of Spanish is the audio magazine Puerta del Sol. I've often used it to teach students who can understand Spanish well, but want to expand their vocabulary and are curious about Spain and Latin America.

Puerta del Sol is a bimonthly 60-minute cd plus printed magazine with a large variety of radio-like commentaries on all sorts of topics, and interviews with famous Spanish-speaking people.
