Tips on how to make the most of these free Spanish lists of words:

  • Listen to the dialogues before you start learning a list of new words - all new words on the list come up in the dialogues of the same lesson
  • Then listen to the list of Spanish words without looking at the screen
  • When the recording stops, read quietly the list of Spanish words and their English translations
  • Once you're familiar with their translations, listen to the list of words once again, but this time try to read it along in Spanish
  • If you come back to these lists of words every few days for a couple of weeks, you'll increase your vocabulary, speed and confidence, and you'll also improve your pronunciation.
  • To reinforce what you've learned, go through the pronunciation extract and the grammar section of the lesson you're on

If you need a fast and reliable electronic word and phrase translator, you'll find it in our Spanish talking dictionary collection.
