How to download Maria's mp3s & videos

AND HOW TO PUT THEM TO YOUR iPOD AND iPHONE

Instructions on how to download the videos and mp3s from Maria Fernandez's course, and how to put them on your iPod or iPhone.

Please follow these easy seven steps carefully:

1. Go to the mp3 you want to put on your iPod or iPhone and click on it:

2. PC users: you'll see the File Download window below. Click on 'Save' and choose where you want to store the mp3. Click on 'Save' again. It may take a couple of minutes to download, depending on your connection speed.

Mac users: choose the file location and save.

3. To download a video - PC users: RIGHT CLICK on the file you want to save, and select 'Save Target As':

Mac users: click on the video, select 'Save File' and click 'OK'.

4. PC users: select where you want to store the video and click on 'Save;:

5. You've now got the mp3s and videos on your computer. This is how you transfer them to your iPod or iPhone:

      a. Open iTunes.
      b. PC users: on iTunes, select 'Add File to Library'. Mac: 'Add to Library'.

6. Browse through your computer files to get to the mp3 or video you want to add to your iTunes library, select it, and click on 'Open':

7. The file you've selected will appear in your iTunes library: under 'Music' on the left-hand side if it's an mp3, and under 'Movies' if it's a video.

Connect your iPod or iPhone to your computer. On iTunes, go to 'Sync iPod/iPhone'.

When your iPod/iPhone says 'Slide to unlock', you can watch and hear the mp3s and videos you've just uploaded to it.
