Spanish phrases

In this lesson's dialog we've heard seven useful phrases. I'm going to say each phrase twice. Repeat after me:

• ¿dónde puedo encontrar ...? - where can I find ...?
• junto a - next to
• ¿me puede poner ...? - can you give me ...?
• un kilo de - a kilo of
• ¿qué más? - what else?
• ¿cuánto cuestan? - how much are they?
• en caja - at the till

Exercise:

let's practise these and other phrases we've learned in previous lessons. I'm going to say ten phrases in English. Can you say them to me in Spanish?

• where can I find - donde puedo encontrar
• how much are they - cuanto cuestan
• near here - cerca de aqui
• let's see - vamos a ver
• how much is everything - cuanto es todo
• the bill, please - la cuenta, por favor
• in an hour's time - dentro de una hora
• on the right - a la derecha
• at what time - a que hora
• in the name of - a nombre de
